The CooperSurgical division of the Cooper Group of Companies is buying certain assets of Leisegang Medical for $10 million in cash. Leisegang, with $11 million in turnover, is a designer and manufacturer of instrumentation for the women's healthcare market and is a subsidiary of NetOptix of Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Leisegang Medical is located in Boca Raton, Florida.
