Somnus Medical Technologies in the US has appointed three new vice-presidents: Edward Luttich joins from Medtronic PS Medical as vice-president of research and development; Steven Ojala, formerly of CR Bard division Impra, joins as vice-president of quality, clinical and regulatory affairs; and Brad Steadman, formerly of Boston Scientific-Target, is the new vice-president of manufacturing.
