The Qatar Foundation is to establish a speciality hospital in the country's capital Doha. The hospitals precise function has not yet been finalised, but it is to be set up with the help of and located next to the Weill Cornell College, part of Cornell University in the US, reports the Gulf Times. Minister of public health Dr Hajar Ahmed Hajar said that the new hospital, which may contain up to 300 beds, will supplement the activities of the Hamad Medical Corporation.
