Executive Summary
Angeion's revenues were generated entirely by its Medical Graphics subsidiary, which was acquired in December 1999. Revenues were down on the division's previous year performance, at $6.1 million and $22.2 million in the quarter and year respectively. However, "the current trends are positive," Saint Paul, Minnesota-based Angeion says. Medical Graphics manufactures and markets non-invasive cardiorespiratory diagnostic systems and related software. Angeion discontinued its ICD business in the first quarter of 2000.
