WorldCare of Cambridge, Massachusetts, has appointed James Sumner as president, and Elliot Liu as chief operating officer and chief technology officer at WorldCare Clinical, its wholly-owned subsidiary. Mr Sumner joined WorldCare Clinical as executive president in January 2000. Mr Liu has 20 years' experience in management information systems and technology, and was most recently senior director of worldwide information systems at Parexel International.
