HemoCleanse subsidiary RenalSolutions has signed a binding letter of intent to merge with SORB Technology, making SORB a division of West Lafayette, Indiana-based RenalSolutions. RenalSolutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of HemoCleanse, a privately owned company which has five subsidiaries, concentrating on liver and kidney-related chronic conditions as well as cancer and infectious disease.
