David Evans and Dr Bill Mason have been appointed non-executive directors of the board at Cytocell of Banbury, UK. Mr Evans was previously CEO at leading UK diagnostics company Axis-Shield. Cytocell is a privately owned developer of diagnostic DNA probe kits.
