The German industry association BVMed has issued a three-point statement demanding more transparency in the evaluation process of medical devices by the Bundesausschuss Arzte und Krankenkassen (federal committee of statutory health insurance physicians and sickness funds) and the Bundesausschuss Krankenhaus (federal committee of hospitals).
