Steven Basta has been appointed president of Gliatech of Cleveland, Ohio, US. Mr Basta, who has experience in managing and building emerging medical technology companies, was most recently chief financial officer and vice-president of finance and business development for Creative BioMolecules. Robert Pinkas will remain as acting CEO and chairman of Gliatech.
