Medrad has opened a 154,000sq ft plant housing 250 employees in O'Hara Township, Pennsylvania, expanding its local manufacturing and service capacity by 50%. The new Heilman Center accommodates an accelerated manufacturing process that is already in place for 75% of the Indianola-based company's electromechanical products and will apply across the board by March 2003.
