Scient'x, a spinal device manufacturer based in Paris, France, has established a US subsidiary in Orlando, Florida. The unit is expected to expand sales of the US-approved TTL thoracolumbar spinal implant and Secuplate cervical spine stabilisation plate and will also carry out two IDE studies of cervical and lumbar interbody systems next year. Scient'x also has subsidiaries in the UK and Italy.
