Danish cancer diagnostics company DakoCytomation has agreed to acquire the Artisan instrument business from US company CytoLogix. The Glostrup-based company will assume all rights to the state-of-the-art tissue staining instrument and responsibility for continued customer support and technical services. Consideration has not been disclosed.
