Quest Diagnostics is to offer laboratory testing services directly to customers through 71 CVS pharmacy stores in Columbus, Ohio. The company is offering a range of 12 health tests, including cholesterol, diabetes and sexually-transmitted diseases. "The QuesTest service taps directly into an important megatrend that's impacting the healthcare world - more empowered consumers choosing to take control over their health," said Hughes Bakewell, vice-president of Quest's consumer health division.
