Eastman Kodak's health imaging division is undergoing a structural realignment aimed at driving growth initiatives and leveraging technology, in a bid to strengthen its overall performance. The division, which has annual revenues of over $2bn, will comprise three units: strategic product groups; regional operations and global functions.
