BTG sets up new integrated structure

Executive Summary
UK-based technology commercialisation company BTG has overhauled its organisational structure in a bid to improve customer focus and operational effectiveness. Previously, the company had managed its physical and life sciences operations through two separate divisions, but it will now operate through one integrated unit. The London-based company has set up an operations leading team for day-to-day business. This will be chaired by BTG's newly-appointed COO, Anthony Lando. Geoff Dobson becomes BTG's general manager in the US.
