The new firm will operate from the Mountain View, California-based company's new international headquarters in Staines, near London, UK. In addition to its existing distribution agreement with Siemens, Impac has formed further distribution agreements - with Tema Sinergie in Italy and Computerized Medical Systems in Japan.
