Zoll claims victory over Cardiac Science in litigation

Zoll Medical has won the first round in patent infringement litigation with Cardiac Science (CSI) after a district court denied Cardiac's motion to issue a preliminary injunction against Zoll's AED Plus automated external defibrillator products. At the same time, Zoll has released third-quarter results, with sales up by 15% and 22% in the quarter and nine months (see below).
