Executive Summary
French company EDAP TMS (Lyon), a developer, marketer and distributor of minimally invasive urological devices, is undergoing a corporate restructure that will create two separate business units and see the implementation of a US-style board. Its two business units will be High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and the urology devices and services (UDS), including lithotripsy. It has appointed former EDAP COO Antoine Tetard as president of HIFU and will appoint a UDS president shortly.
