Commission tells France to finish IVD Directive

The European Commission has issued the French authorities with a reasoned opinion because of its failure to fully transpose the In Vitro Diagnostics Directive. France is now the only EU country not to have fully transposed this directive, Christine Tarrajat, director of the European Diagnostic Manufacturers Association (EDMA) confirmed.
