Medical and surgical disposables company Medical Action Industries has completed its acquisition of MD Industries' specialty packaging and collection systems for the containment of infectious waste and sterilisation products business. Hauppauge, New York-based Medical Action says it will continue to increase its market penetration through development or by the acquisition of new or complementary product lines.
