Medicare should cover Medtronic's Activa Tremor Control therapy for treatment of Parkinson's Disease, the Medicare Coverage Advisory Committee's Medical Surgery Committee (MCAC) voted on June 12. Activa uses implanted electrodes to stimulate deep into the brain.
