Executive Summary

Lombard Medical subsidiary Anson Medical has formed distribution agreements in Italy, Ireland and South Africa for its Aorfix device for the endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). The deals are with Seda of Milan, Italy, Unitech of Dublin, and Viking Medical and Scientific of Edenglen (South Africa). Anson's CEO Dr Peter Philips said the company is assessing a number of other distribution possibilities and plans to have the majority of its worldwide distribution network established over the next few months.
