Executive Summary
Lab-on-a-chip technology company Caliper Technologies (Mountain View, California) has announced a management restructure. Daniel Kisner will relinquish his responsibilities as president and CEO to become chairman. Dr Kisner's responsibilities as CEO will be assumed by co-founder Michael Knapp. James Knighton, who joined the company in 1999 and currently serves as executive vice-president and CFO, will replace him as president. The current chairman, David Milligan, will become vice-chairman. All appointments are effective as of July 1 2002.
