Smith & Nephew has been selected by a baptist medical centre in the US to supply 12 custom-designed integrated endoscopic digital operating rooms. The Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center is among the nation's pre-eminent academic medical centres, said S&N, which will begin developing the systems, incorporating centralised voice control, this month.
