Concord, California-based company Sparta Surgical chairman and CEO Thomas Reiner this month won a judgement allowing him to recover $641,000 from the company with further instructions to recover all collateral in which he has security interests. Sparta Surgical, whose Form 8-K reports that it is continuing to experience a severe cash flow crisis, ceased operations on Mr Reiner gaining the default judgement.
