Rochester, New York-based Eastman Kodak and Bruker BioSpin have co-operated on a new system to gauge radiation levels applied to several product groups including medical devices. The "infoimaging" system combines Kodak's new Biomax film with Billerica, Massachusetts-based Bruker's new dosimetry analyser. Infoimaging is a $225 billion industry worldwide, comprising devices such as laser imagers, computed and digital radiography systems, online networks and delivery systems for images.
