Novoste (Norcross, Georgia), a developer of medical treatments for coronary and vascular disease, has promoted Richard diMonda to the post of vice-president of scientific affairs and strategic development and appointed Pia Mikkelsen Lynch as vice-president of global clinical affairs. Mr diMonda, who joined the company in 1997, most recently served as vice-president of clinical and strategic development. Dr Lynch most recently served as director of clinical research at Elan Pharmaceutical Research.
