Photoelectron (Lexington, Massachusetts), a developer of miniature X-ray systems, has announced an interim management team. Peter Nomikos, the founder and current chairman, has been elected president and CEO. The current executive vice-president and CFO, Timothy Baker, has assumed the additional post of COO. The former president and CEO, Euan Thomson, has resigned to pursue other opportunities, but will continue in an advisory role during the transitional period.
