The next meeting of the EU medical device competent authorities will be held on October 23 and 24 in Italy. The date was confirmed when medical device experts from the European Commission visited Rome on July 28 to discuss, amongst other issues, the forthcoming Health Council meeting under the Italian presidency of the European Council, which began on July 1.
