IsoTis and GenSci Regeneration Sciences, which are hoping to complete their planned merger this autumn, have signed a pre-closing licensing deal to help speed up their integration. IsoTis (of Lausanne, Switzerland, and Bilthoven, the Netherlands) will gain access to Irvine, California-based GenSci's carrier and delivery system, which is malleable at operating room temperature and thickens with body temperature.
