Executive Summary
Medical devices expert at the European Commission, Karen Howes, is to remain at the European Commission to advise on device issues for an additional three months. Ms Howes was due to leave at the end of April when her contract expired (see Clinica No 1050, p 4), but has been invited to stay while a replacement is recruited and trained.
