Declaring the long-running dispute between Boston Scientific and its Israeli former partner Medinol as "essentially ... a breach of contract case", Judge Alvin Hellerstein of the Southern District Court of New York said neither party was likely to succeed in any claim for major damages. Medinol has made 11 claims for relief against Boston, which has alleged six counterclaims.
