Executive Summary
Denver, Colorado-based US MedSys has entered into a marketing and distribution agreement with ADM Tronics' subsidiary, Ivivi Technologies, for the latter's SofPulse electrotherapy device. The noninvasive technology, designed to reduce pain and oedema in soft tissue, complements US MedSys's EpiScan I-200 ultrasound imaging system, which is used to scan and assess soft tissue to a depth of 3cm. The two devices will form an integral part of US Medsys's woundcare management programme for chronic wounds.
