Executive Summary
Point of care diagnostics firm PanOpSys (Ashford, Kent, UK), a firm specialising in proprietary piezoelectric film technology, has appointed Neil Butler as CEO. Mr Butler was previously CEO of Oxford Biosensors, an Oxford University spin-out developing diagnostics based on electrochemistry. PanOpSys and fellow subsidiary Piezoptik are part of the Integrated Technologies group (see Medica 2004 supplement in Clinica No 1131).
