Philips introduces its iE33 echocardiography system

Executive Summary
Philips Medical Systems has launched its echocardiography system, iE33, monitoring and diagnosing cardiac disease. The device is the first to fully integrate on-cart 3D cardiac quantification software, QLAB, the company claimed, removing the need for expensive off-cart analytical systems. Philips said that quantification on the iE33 system would provide doctors with the cutting edge tools they need to "link the numbers and outcomes".
