Benefiting from the most recent wave of UK government-funded cancer equipment projects, Varian Medical Systems has won contracts to supply several hospitals across the country with its linear accelerators, including a unit with its On-Board Imaging system for image-guided radiotherapy. The new equipment will be installed over the next 18 months.
