Philips India, Philips Medical Systems (India) and Philips Software Centre (PSC) are to be amalgamated into a single company, Philips Electronics India. According to the Mumbai-based company, the merger and proposed name change will present a unified face of the brand to all stakeholders as well as reflect its business more suitably and appropriately.
