Plans for the modernisation and expansion of a euro160m ($195m) hospital complex in the Spanish city of Salamanca will be finalised by the end of the year. So announced the Castilla-Leon regional health minister, Cesar Anton, after signing a planning agreement for the development of the Hospital Universitario's new and existing clinics, on September 1.
