Commission lists key decision-makers on new and emerging risks

The European Commission has now published a list of experts that have been appointed to its Scientific Committee on Emerging and Newly Identified Health Risks (SCENIHR), the committee which will take on the duties on the former Scientific Committee on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (SCMPMD), in drawing up scientific opinions on potential risks associated with medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
