A lack of information about preventive diagnosis is hampering its acceptance in Germany, says the diagnostics industry association, VDGH. Speaking in Frankfurt this week, VDGH director Dierk Meyer-Luerssen said: "The restricted uptake of preventive procedures, which the health insurance funds are constantly complaining about, is caused by a lack of transparency."
