Executive Summary
Baxter International has named John Greisch as senior vice-president and CFO, effective immediately. He succeeds Brian Anderson, who is leaving the company. Mr Greisch joined the Deerfield, Illinois-based firm in 2002 as vice-president of finance for its renal division. He was most recently corporate vice-president, and president of Baxter's BioScience division. Carlyn Solomon, currently vice-president of this division, will assume Mr Greisch's responsibility for it on an interim basis.
