Executive Summary
Urological device company EDAP TMS (Vaulx-en-Velin, France) has announced a planned management reshuffle for July 2004. Hugues de Bantel, president of the company's two operating divisions, will be promoted to CEO, whilst remaining president of the divisions. Mr Bantel replaces Phillippe Chauveau, who is stepping down but will remain as chairman of the board of directors. Thierry Turbant, controller and treasurer of the company, will also take on the role of CFO, reporting to Mr Bantel. Mr Turbant succeeds Ian Vawter, who, after three years in the position and seven years with the company, is stepping down.
