Bayer Diagnostics (Tarrytown, New York) has appointed Geoff Quinn as its new sales director for hospital care in the UK and Ireland. In his new role, Mr Quinn will lead a team of nine people following a restructure of the group's diagnostics sales division. Much of Mr Quinn's experience is with biotechnology company Celltech.
