Executive Summary
Developer and marketer of regenerative human tissue LifeCell (Branchburg, New Jersey) has expanded its board of directors. Michael Minogue and Robert Roche have been appointed, to be effective from October 1. Mr Minogue is chairman of the board, CEO and president of US cardiac pump maker Abiomed. Prior to this he held various senior management positions at GE Medical Systems. Mr Roche is executive vice-president, worldwide pharmaceutical operations for biopharma firm Cephalon, based in the US.
