Executive Summary
IRIS International, the Chatsworth, California-based manufacturer of automated IVD urinalysis systems, has won a three-year supply contract with MedAssets Supply Chain Systems. The agreement will enable the Atlanta, Georgia-based group purchasing organisation to help its subscribers meet the ongoing labour shortage in clinical labs, by offering them IRIS' full line of products, including its iQ200 and iQ200 Sprint automated urine chemistry analysers and systems. The agreement includes an option for automatic renewal for an additional 12 months.
