Gerald Seery has been appointed by CryoLife (Kennesaw, Georgia) as vice-president of international operations, a newly created position. Mr Seery joined the company in 1993 and has been president of UK-based CryoLife Europa for the last three years. The consolidation of the company's international operations is to strengthen its presence in markets outside the US, said Steven Anderson, President and CEO. CryoLife develops, manufactures and distributes implantable devices for cardiac, vascular and orthopaedic surgery.
