Kyphon wins injunction on US sales of Disc-O-Tech's bone expander:

Sunnyvale, California-based Kyphon has secured a permanent injunction on the sale in the US of the SKy Bone Expander made by Disc-O-Tech, of Herzliya, Israel. The Delaware district court ruled that the product infringed three Kyphon patents covering methods of kyphoplasty, a minimally invasive surgical procedure for treating spinal fractures caused by osteoporosis.
