US law firm files class action over faulty ICDs (implantable cardioverter defibrillators)

New York law firm Seeger Weiss has filed a class action law suit against Guidant on behalf of recipients of the latter's implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). It is also considering similar action against Medtronic.
