Manufacturer of acute care devices and pharmaceuticals Minrad International (Buffalo, New York) has appointed William Bednarski as its executive vice-president and COO. Mr Bednarski has over 25 years of financial management and directorial experience. A graduate from Harvard and Pennsylvania University's School of Business, Mr Bednarski's most recent appointment was as vice-president of OEM and licensing technology for Nellcor, a division of Tyco, that manufactures oximetry and critical care products.
