The Global Harmonisation Task Force's steering committee is optimistic that the three basic documents underpinning the taskforce's legal framework are ready for approval. The rules, concerning roles and responsibilities, guiding principles and operating procedures, were all but agreed during the committee's meeting on February 7-8 in Brussels, and will be submitted to the next SC meeting in Seville, Spain in May, for approval.
